Product Introduction

TA11B+ and TA13A ac voltage detector pen, with LCD screen and dual range test function.

NCV function makes the voltage tester safer than physical contact measurement. TA13A also supports to determine the wiring sequence of three phase motors.

There will be voltage exists even without audible and visible alert for the ac voltage detector pen. The test pen indicates the effective voltage when there is a supply voltage that produces a sufficient strength electrostatic field. It cannot detect the presence of voltage if the field strength is too weak. The presence of voltage may be affected by several factors including, but not limited to: shielded wire/cable, thickness and type of insulation, distance from voltage source, complete insulation, differences in socket design, etc.

The display shows symbol "P" once powered on and then enters the phase sequence detection

1. Put the sensing probe close to the first phase line when the display flashes "A", then wait for one beep;

2. Put the sensing probe close to the second phase line when the display flashes "B", then wait for one beep;

3. Put the sensing probe close to the third phase line when the display flashes "B", then wait for a long beep;

The test result will be displayed on the screen once finished the test.

● Adjustable high and low sensitivity

Short press "S" button to adjust the sensitivity range between 12V~1000V and 48V~1000V.
