Currently,our factory is busy processing some large cnc gantry parts.Our price is on the average standard,not too high or too low.Usually our price can be divided to 3 parts,which are raw material cost,processing cost and surface finish cost.Our main service is processing which means you can send the raw material to our factory and we just do processing on your material.About surface finish,we can help to do it,such as anodizing,polishing etc. If you want to do it yourself,no problem,we can just complete our machining work and ship to you.

Background:The workbench of Gantry (Longmen) processing center is basically a rectangle.Large castings such as worktable, bed, column, beam and slide pillow are usually made of cast iron or welding parts. The inner cavity of the castings is honeycomb-type composite arrangement structure with advanced design. They are all treated with vibration aging and secondary tempering to eliminate the residual internal stress to make sure the material is more stable and ensure the stability of the machining accuracy and the machine life.

A:Our factory is near Shanghai. If your location is also near Shanghai, you can take a taxi to our factory,which will take you about 1 hour. If you are far away from Shanghai, you can fly to Shanghai airport or take a train to Shanghai Railway Station. When you are in Shanghai, usually we have the following plans: 1.take a taxi  2.take a train  3.we can pick you up

Because our factory is only 50kms aways from Shanghai,any trip mode is convenient.
